'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart,
but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.”

Have you ever noticed how Jesus spoke to wind, waves, trees, and fevers? Jesus used His spoken words to change the conditions that surrounded Him ~ and they obeyed Him. And, He has instructed us to do the same. Frustrated in not seeing change in your physical condition? Have you been speaking to it?
When Jesus urged us to speak to the mountain, He was referring to our problems, obstacles, and challenges. He was simply using a mountain as a metaphor. Often our challenges can appear to be the size of a mountain and insurmountable. Your personal mountain refers to whatever is hindering you from walking in the divine health that Jesus purchased for you at Calvary. It is vital that you begin to address your mountain of adversity directly through your words, for it is through your spoken word that you can effect change. Regardless of your specific challenges you are facing ~ cancer, diabetes, heart disease, autoimmunity, depression, anxiety, pain, headaches ~ speak to it with authority.
This concept, unfortunately, is not widely taught, accepted, or demonstrated in many churches today. Nonetheless, Jesus taught us, His disciples, to confront obstacles directly in order to remove them from our lives. Most Christians speak to their friends, or to God, about their adversities, but few actually speak directly to it. Jesus said to speak to the mountain, cast it into the sea, to remove it. With unwavering faith, believe in your heart that your command with be obeyed.
The most notable, scriptural example of this is found in Mark 11, verses 12-14 and 20-23, which recounts the story of Jesus cursing the fig tree. Paraphrased the story goes like this: One morning Jesus saw a fig tree from a distance and seeing that it had leaves, He was expecting to find figs on it. Upon reaching the tree, He found no figs. In response Jesus audibly cursed the tree ensuring that the disciples heard Him. The following day, the fig tree had withered and died from the roots. Jesus used this opportunity to teach us how to overcome obstacles and remove mountains from our lives by speaking to them.
Rise up in your authority bestowed upon you as a disciple of Jesus Christ and begin speaking directly to your physical symptoms. Command them to be cast into the sea and forbid them from ever returning. How long do you speak to your mountain? As long as it takes to make that mountain crumble into the sea!
DAILY DECLARATION
In the Name of Jesus Christ, I'm speaking to you sickness and disease, and I command you leave my body. Get out of my body and don't ever come back again. I speak life, health, and healing to my whole body, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, and it is coming to pass in Jesus' Name.
