'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart,
but believes that those things he says will be done,
he will have whatever he says.”

When reading through the gospels, have you ever noticed how Jesus spoke to wind, waves, trees and fevers? Jesus used His spoken words to change the conditions that surrounded Him; and they obeyed Him. And, He has instructed us to do the same!
When Jesus instructed us to speak to the mountain, He was telling us to speak to our problems, obstacles and challenges. He was simply using a mountain as a metaphor. Although, often our challenges can appear to be the size of a mountain. Your mountain is whatever is hindering you from walking in the divine health that Jesus purchased for you at Calvary. It is vital that you begin to speak to your mountain of adversity in order to change it. Speak to the challenges you are encountering - cancer, diabetes, heart disease, autoimmunity, depression, anxiety, pain, headaches - whatever your symptoms are.
This concept is not readily taught, accepted or demonstrated in many churches today. Nonetheless, Jesus taught us, His disciples, that in order to remove obstacles from our lives; we need to speak directly to them. Most Christians speak to their friends, or to God, about their adversities, but few actually speak directly to it. Jesus said to speak to the mountain, cast it into the sea, to remove it. With faith, believe in your heart that it will obey your command.
The most notable, scriptural example of this is found in Mark 11, verses 12-14 and 20-23, when Jesus cursed the fig tree. Paraphrased the story goes like this: One morning Jesus saw a fig tree from a distance and seeing that it had leaves, He was hoping He would find figs on it. When He came to the tree, He found no figs. His response was to curse the tree. He spoke out loud, so that the disciples heard Him. The following day, the fig tree was dead; dried up from the roots. Jesus used this opportunity to teach us how to move mountains, obstacles, from our lives by speaking to them.
Rise up in your authority as a disciple of Jesus Christ and begin speaking to your physical symptoms; cast them into the sea, and forbid them to ever come back. How long do you speak to your mountain? As long as it takes to make that mountain crumble into the sea!
DAILY DECLARATION
In the Name of Jesus Christ, I'm speaking to you sickness and disease, and I command you leave my body. Get out of my body and don't ever come back again. I speak life, health, and healing to my whole body, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, and it is coming to pass in Jesus' Name.
